ABOUT THE COACH
The problem was never the workouts.
Maylon McMurry worked inside the standard personal training model long enough to see where it breaks. A trainer gets three hours a week with a client. The other 165 are where results are actually made or lost, and nobody was coaching those.
The second flaw sits in what people believe training requires. Most assume progress demands a rebuilt schedule, two hours a day, and a level of discipline they have never been able to hold. It does not. It demands a system built around the schedule they already keep.
So he built one. Industrial engineering student at the University of Washington, NASM certified trainer, and a national-level powerlifter competing under the same programming principles he coaches. The system is not theory. He runs it on himself, inside the same constraints.
“Most people don't fail because of a bad plan. They fail because no one held them to it.”
Not a PDF. Not a program. Daily accountability from a coach who stays in the process.
